Edgey is a puzzle game. It has no ads, no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party trackers. This page explains the small amount of data it does handle.
Your level progress, your best times, your sound preference and your purchase status are stored on your device only. They are not sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them.
Finished levels are posted to the global leaderboard. Each time you complete one, the app sends:
That random identifier is not derived from your device, your account, or anything about you. It is not linked to any other identifier, and it cannot be used to contact you. We do not collect your name, your email address, your contacts, your location, your photos, or your device advertising ID.
There is no free-text field anywhere in the game, so there is nothing you can type that another player could see.
Open the player panel and turn off Post my times. Nothing further is sent, and the game remains fully playable with your times kept on your own device.
The one-off unlock is processed by Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment details. We receive only confirmation from the store that the purchase succeeded.
Edgey is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. There is nowhere in the game to type anything, so a child cannot reveal anything about themselves through it: the leaderboard name is picked by the game from a fixed word list.
Leaderboard entries are kept while the board is live. To have yours removed, email the address below with the name and tag shown in your player panel, and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
